The Architecture Review Process

If you are planning any work to the exterior of your property - even if you plan to keep things the same - you should submit a request to the Architecture Review Committee (ARC) to have it reviewed and approved. The ARC can be a valuable resource to you as you plan your project.

An Overview of the Process

Once you have decided on the type of work you want to have done to your property, follow the steps below to get your approval from the Architecture Review Committee.

Go to the ARC Request Forms page of this web site and download the request form for the project you are doing.
Complete and sign the form
Gather any additional information about your project that the Architecture Review Committee will need to review your request. The required information for different projects is listed on the form.
Scan your ARC Request form and the additional information and email your request to estatesofredlion@gmail.com.
