Report the outage to Delmarva Power. You will need the pole number to do so. Go to www.delmarva.com, select Outages, then select Report a Street Light Problem.

Are there any deed restrictions about renting our homes?
There are no deed restrictions related to renting your home, and you do not need to get approval from the maintenance corporation before doing so. However, there are some aspects of renting your home that you should be aware of:

Your tenants are responsible for abiding by the deed restrictions. We recommend that you educate tenants on the deed restrictions and include the requirement for compliance with them in your rental agreements.

Since you remain the homeowner, you are still responsible for paying your annual assessments or ensuring that they are paid.
